	KAZIMIR RUSSIA GROWTH INVESTMENT FUND Walkers Corporate Services Limited Walker House 87 Mary Street George Town Grand Cayman KY1-9002 Cayman Island Kazimir Russia Growth Investment Fund (the "Company") announces that on 17 February 2009, Scott Lennon and Michelle Wilson-Clarke of Walkers Fund Services Limited resigned as directors of the Company and Andrew Edgington and Abali Hoilett were appointed as directors of the Company. Andrew Edgington is a Senior Vice President at Walkers Fund Services Limited a Cayman Islands licensed Trust Company and Mutual Fund Administrator. Mr Edgington joined Walkers Fund Services in January 2008 from Baring Asset Management in London where he was the Director responsible for Global Product and Fund Development for 4 years. Whilst at Barings Mr Edgington led the establishment of their hedge fund capability and platform. Prior to this he was Product Director for Northern Trust Global Investments responsible for all international investment products. Mr Edgington’s career also includes Gartmore and Invesco. Mr Edgington has a BSc (Hons) from Reading University, UK. Abali Hoilett is a Vice President at Walkers Fund Services Limited a Cayman Islands licensed Trust Company and Mutual Fund Administrator. Prior to joining Walkers Fund Services Limited in February 2007, Mr. Hoilett was employed with RBC Dominion Securities (Global) Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada's RBC Dominion Securities Inc. where he was charged with creating investment portfolios for institutions and high net worth clients and facilitating securities trading and management of these portfolios. Mr. Hoilett holds a BS in Finance from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business. In addition, Abali has completed Canadian Licensing examinations including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Derivatives Fundamentals Course (DFC), the Options Licensing Course (OLC), and the Futures Licensing Course (FLC). Mr. Hoilett has also earned his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (Level II) program.
