The Company announces the following changes in directorship all of which occurred for administrative reasons:

·                   on 31 March 2009, at a meeting of the directors, Susan Wagner, Paul Audet and Steven E. Buller resigned as directors with immediate effect and Roger Clark Tooze and Nicholas Charles Dalton Hall were appointed as directors;

·                   on 29 May 2009, at a meeting of the directors, Nicholas Charles Dalton Hall resigned as a director with immediate effect; and

·                   on 17 July 2009, at a meeting of the directors, Rory John Maclean was appointed as director.

Following the various changes in the board of directors of the Company, the current directors consist of Rory John Maclean and Roger Clark Tooze.
