The Company announces the following changes in directorship all of which occurred for administrative reasons:

·                   on 1 December 2009, at a meeting of the directors, Rory John Maclean resigned as a director with immediate effect and James Fenelon DesMarais and Colin Roy Thomson were appointed as directors.

Following the various changes in the board of directors of the Company, the current directors consist of James Fenelon DesMarais, Colin Roy Thomson and Roger Clark Tooze.
