The board of directors of Peel Finance (UK) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that on 31 March 2011 the Company redeemed £20,000,000 Floating Rate Redeemable Loan Notes due 2 September 2020 (the "Loan Notes").  In accordance with condition 2 of the Loan Notes, the redeemed Loan Notes shall be available for re-issue by the Company and have not been cancelled.  Following the redemption, £130,065,306 Loan Notes remain outstanding.
