Early Repayment of Interest

The Board wishes to announce that the interest payment in relation to the Company’s Floating Rate Notes due 2022 due on 17 January 2013 will be paid early to the Noteholder no later than 15 December 2012 (the “Early Payment”) and that the Noteholder has agreed to the Early Payment.
