“Issuer”) Extension of Maturity
Date The Issuer wishes to
announce that the Maturity Date of the Series 293 USD19,375,000 Asset
Performance Linked Notes (ISIN: XS0496783712) (the “Notes”) has been changed from the day
falling 5 Business Days after 5 March 2016 to the day falling 5 Business Days
after 31 March 2017. Terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have
the same meanings given thereto in the terms and conditions of the
Notes.
