Eurobond Issue

On 31 October 2014, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (the Exchange) admitted to listing £11,500,000 of the up to £25,000,000 loan notes due 31 October 2018 issued/to be issued by the Issuer (the Loan Notes).

On 24 June 2014 the Exchange admitted to listing a further £1,000,000 of Loan Notes.

On 1 December 2014 the Issuer issued a further £4,000,000 of Loan Notes.

The board of directors of the Issuer now announces that on 12 December 2016 the Issuer issued a further £2,000,000 of Loan Notes and on 21 May 2018 the Issuer issued a further £1,000,000 of Loan Notes (the Further Loan Notes).

Consequently, there are now £19,500,000 Loan Notes in issue.

The Further Loan Notes are to be admitted to listing on 26 February 2019.
